Gregory T. Adams, MD performs full-spectrum urology with an emphasis on minimally invasive and robotic surgery. He treats a wide range of urologic diseases, including BPH (enlarged prostate), kidney stones, prostate cancer, bladder cancer, and tumors of the kidney.
Dr. Adams has extensive experience with the da Vinci® surgical robot for treatment of prostate cancer, tumors of kidney/ureter/adrenal gland, BPH (enlarged prostate), and obstruction of the ureteropelvic junction. His robotic procedural expertise includes radical nephrectomy, partial nephrectomy, pyeloplasty, radical prostatectomy, simple prostatectomy (BPH), adrenalectomy, nephroureterectomy, and urinary tract reconstructive procedures. He also has advanced training in image-guided and minimally invasive treatment of kidney tumors.
Dr. Adams is passionate about patient-centered care and improving the quality and experience of health care for his patients. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, being active in his church, and preparing gourmet meals.
Crystal Belcourt, NP is a board certified nurse practitioner who enjoys providing care to children and creating a trusting and healing environment based on open communication.
Crystal earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from Boise State University, and her master's degree as a pediatric nurse practitioner from the University of Alabama, Mobile. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and friends.
Autumn Bridger, DO concentrates her practice in the evaluation and management of a wide spectrum of adult urologic disorders, including prostate, kidney, and bladder cancer; enlarged prostate (BPH); kidney stone disease; and other urologic conditions.
Dr. Bridger's skills include use of the daVinci robotic surgery for urologic cancers and procedures such as robotic assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy, radical nephrectomy, partial nephrectomy, pyeloplasty, sacrocolpopexy, ureteral reimplantation and renal cyst decortication. She also enjoys offering medical and surgical treatment options for BPH, endoscopic treatment of kidney stones, and voiding dysfunction treatment and evaluation.
Molly Gallegos, MA, OTR/L enjoys working with children of all ages and abilities, and is passionate about helping her clients grow. She has experience working with children in both clinical and school settings, and has expertise in treating children with autism, ADHD, and a variety of psychological, behavioral, genetic, cognitive, neurological, motor, and developmental needs.
Molly earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from La Sierra University and her master's degree in occupational therapy from the University of Southern California. She has advanced training in sensory integration techniques and is SIPT (Sensory Integration and Praxis Test) certified. In her free time, she enjoys art, music, and exploring Idaho with her family.

Stefanie Glaspell, MS, CCC-SLP is a licensed speech-language pathologist and is nationally certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). She has extensive experience across a variety of settings working with children, adolescents, and adults.
Stefanie has spent the majority of her professional career providing diagnostic and therapeutic intervention with the elementary school population from preschool through fifth grade in the areas of articulation, phonological disorders, language, fluency, autism spectrum disorder, developmental disorders, and social communication. She has a passion for helping children to communicate effectively and providing support and training to families and caregivers.
Stefanie earned her master's degree in communicative disorders from California State University, Northridge. In her free time, she enjoys reading, spending time outdoors cycling and hiking with her husband, and playing with her puppy.
Holly Hubbard, PT, DPT enjoys working with children of all ages and abilities and has training in reflex integration, toe walking, pediatric gait, and wheelchair seating and mobility. She enjoys the challenges of her job and helping kids play and reach their potential.
Holly earned her bachelor's degree in health science from Boise State University and her doctorate of physical therapy from Eastern Washington University. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her family and friends.

Cara Jackson, MS, CCC-SLP enjoys working with children of all ages and abilities, and likes to include the whole family. She has interests in early intervention, phonological disorders, and autism.
Cara earned her master's degree from the University of Montana. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and participating in her community.
Christopher Keller, MD is board certified in both nephrology and internal medicine. He believes in keeping up with the latest advances and is enthusiastic about taking great care of patients. As a result, he and his colleagues share a passion for practicing high-quality, patient-oriented medicine.
Dr. Keller currently serves on the National Joint Venture Physician Council for Fresenius Medical Care. He also participates on committees for St. Luke’s and West Valley Medical Centers.
Prior to his medical education, Dr. Keller earned his bachelor's degree in chemistry from Duke University with highest honors.
Amanda Lee, DO, FAAP has a passion for working with underserved and medically complex children, adolescents and immigrant families. Specific areas of interest include community health, understanding and addressing adverse childhood experiences to prevent poor health outcomes, and child health advocacy. Dr Lee enjoys forming partnerships with youth and families that improve health and wellness.
Dr. Lee earned her bachelor's degree in international relations and languages from American University and her master's degree in medical sciences from Drexel University. Dr. Lee loves teaching resident physicians, medical and nursing students.
Dr. Lee grew up in Venezuela and is both bilingual and bicultural. She spent eight years working in the Yakima Valley with immigrant, farm worker, and Yakama Nation families. She is excited to be working in Caldwell and looks forward to learning about her new community. Outside of work, Dr. Lee enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending as much time as possible outdoors.
Anna Meyers, DO values the opportunity to work with patients and their families to promote healthy lifestyles with a focus on preventive medicine. She is compassionate with children and enjoys helping patients and their families navigate their health journey together as a team. Dr. Meyers advocates for her patients and encourages them to take responsibility and be personally involved in their own health and wellness. She always works to provide the most up-to-date medical practices and standards of care.
Dr. Meyers is passionate about preventive medicine, adolescence medicine, integrative medicine, childhood obesity, nutrition, exercise, early childhood development, metabolic health, mental health and women’s health.
As a child, Dr. Meyers was inspired to become a doctor after growing up in a small town in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula and spending hours in the hospital with her mother, who is a nurse. She has lived in the Pacific Northwest for the past five years, moving to Idaho because she loves the outdoors and the people. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, fly fishing, golfing, skiing, hiking, and traveling the world.
Sean O'Neill, DPT works in the outpatient orthopedic setting and is passionate about improving strength and functional abilities for patients of all ages. He creates treatment plans unique to each individual with an emphasis on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and education to help each patient reach his or her specific goals.
Sean earned his bachelor's degree in pre-physical therapy with an emphasis on athletic training from Northwest Nazarene University, his doctorate of physical therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions, and he places an emphasis on continuing education. He is also a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
In his free time, Sean enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, camping, snowboarding, and playing or watching soccer.
Beverly Pray, OTR/L has experience in outpatient neurologic rehabilitation and pediatrics and is driven to help her patients gain independence and grow. She is interested in treating patients with neurological, motor, and developmental disorders as well as exploring opportunities for adaptive sports and recreation.
Beverly earned her master’s degree from Eastern Washington University. In her free time, she enjoys kayaking, playing board games and snowboarding.

Brian Snow, DO is board certified in internal medicine and nephrology, and is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and American Society of Nephrology.
Dr. Snow was a teaching fellow in the Department of Medicine at The Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences, where he lectured extensively. His areas of publication focused on nephrology and hypertension issues in burn and combat casualty patients.
Prior to his medical education, Dr. Snow earned a bachelor's degree in microbiology from Weber State University, graduating cum laude. He joined the Air Force, where he reached the rank of major and was the Chief of Nephrology at Wright Patterson Medical Center, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio.
In his free time, Dr. Snow enjoys swimming, biking, running, and calisthenics. His other favorite activities include playing games, astronomy, and most importantly spending time with his family.
Jon Woolley, DPT is a clinical specialist board certified in orthopedic physical therapy and works with adults and children (ages 8 and older) with orthopedic and musculoskeletal issues. He has expertise in both pre- and post-surgery care, for a wide range of surgeries ranging from total shoulder replacements and rotator cuff repairs to total knee replacement and ACL repairs. Jon is certified in the Graston technique, in which instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization is used to help patients return to their prior level of activity more quickly.
Jon earned his bachelor's degree in exercise physiology from BYU-Idaho, where he also minored in health science and Spanish. He earned his doctorate in physical therapy from Creighton University. Jon is also a certified clinical instructor through the American Physical Therapy Association. In his free time, he enjoys camping, basketball, golf, and spending time with his family.
