St. Luke's Rehabilitation offers services for your entire family at our Caldwell location. Our children’s services include physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language therapy, dysphagia treatment, pelvic physical therapy, orthopedic rehabilitation, cancer rehabilitation, and counseling. And we offer developmental assessments, advanced gait evaluations, and seating and technology training for children who use wheelchairs, orthotics, prosthetics, or augmentative communication devices. We’ll work with your child’s primary care physician and other medical providers to determine the best treatment plan for you and your child.
Our services for adults are led by a team of physical therapists dedicated to getting you back to work and play after injury, or helping you manage chronic pain. We also offer functional capacity assessments and ergonomic reviews to ensure safety and comfort in the workplace.
Katherine (Kate) Berry, MA, CCC-SLP has experience working with children in clinic and school settings, and provides a variety of treatment options including speech, language, social skills, literacy, cognitive skills, and augmentative/alternative communication.
Kate earned her master’s degree from Utah State University. Outside of work, she likes to hike, fish, play music, watch movies, and try new hobbies.
Favorite Book or Therapy Toy: Ten Little Ladybugs, the giant medicine ball, and the swing.
Shannon Feutz, PT, DPT is highly skilled in the treatment of genetic, developmental, and neurological conditions, specifically spinal cord and traumatic brain injuries in both inpatient and outpatient environments. She has a passion for providing intensive locomotor retraining to improve children’s confidence and independence with walking as soon as they are able. Additional areas of expertise include the provision of manual handling techniques (NDT), breathwork retraining, sensory-motor integration, adaptive equipment/wheelchair/bracing needs, kinesiotape application, pediatric pelvic floor dysfunction, and wound care.
Shannon earned bachelor’s degrees in public relations and communications from Ferris State University in Michigan. She earned her doctor of physical therapy degree from Central Michigan University.
Shannon moved to Idaho from northern Michigan with her husband and two daughters. She takes advantage of Idaho’s natural beauty with her family as much as possible and enjoys camping, running, hiking, yoga, reading, crafting and restoring old furniture in her spare time.

Stefanie Glaspell, MS, CCC-SLP is a licensed speech-language pathologist and is nationally certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). She has extensive experience across a variety of settings working with children, adolescents, and adults.
Stefanie has spent the majority of her professional career providing diagnostic and therapeutic intervention with the elementary school population from preschool through fifth grade in the areas of articulation, phonological disorders, language, fluency, autism spectrum disorder, developmental disorders, and social communication. She has a passion for helping children to communicate effectively and providing support and training to families and caregivers.
Stefanie earned her master's degree in communicative disorders from California State University, Northridge. In her free time, she enjoys reading, spending time outdoors cycling and hiking with her husband, and playing with her puppy.
Sean O'Neill, DPT works in the outpatient orthopedic setting and is passionate about improving strength and functional abilities for patients of all ages. He creates treatment plans unique to each individual with an emphasis on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and education to help each patient reach his or her specific goals.
Sean earned his bachelor's degree in pre-physical therapy with an emphasis on athletic training from Northwest Nazarene University, his doctorate of physical therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions, and he places an emphasis on continuing education. He is also a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
In his free time, Sean enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, camping, snowboarding, and playing or watching soccer.
Heidi VonDeBur, OTR/L has worked in a variety of pediatric settings, including inpatient behavioral health, vocational rehabilitation, school-based, and outpatient clinics. She enjoys helping children of all ages and abilities improve their participation in meaningful activities and increase their independence completing daily tasks.
Heidi earned her bachelor's degree in sociology with a minor in behavioral analysis of developmental disabilities from Drake University. She earned her master’s degree in occupational therapy from Colorado State University. In her free time, Heidi enjoys attending community events, volunteering, working out at the gym and baking.

Jon Woolley, DPT is a clinical specialist board certified in orthopedic physical therapy and works with adults and children (ages 8 and older) with orthopedic and musculoskeletal issues. He has expertise in both pre- and post-surgery care, for a wide range of surgeries ranging from total shoulder replacements and rotator cuff repairs to total knee replacement and ACL repairs. Jon is certified in the Graston technique, in which instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization is used to help patients return to their prior level of activity more quickly.
Jon earned his bachelor's degree in exercise physiology from BYU-Idaho, where he also minored in health science and Spanish. He earned his doctorate in physical therapy from Creighton University. Jon is also a certified clinical instructor through the American Physical Therapy Association. In his free time, he enjoys camping, basketball, golf, and spending time with his family.
